1. Why can’t the motor be added to the APP?
Seller reply: Please confirm the version of the motor you purchased first. If the WiFi version is directly connected to WiFi, it can be used, but if the zigbee version is equipped with a gateway, it can be used normally.
2. Buyer: Why can my motor only move a little?
The seller replied: You need to first operate the learning mode on the side, and then you can adjust the upper and lower limits of the motor by yourself.
